Autodesk 3D Studio Max Box Modeling

Autodesk 3D Studio Max has came along way since version 2.5 !!

Box modeling used most with the massive set of modifiers this program offers allows creations from a simple box in to anything you wish, the most used for box modeling tools are:

Polygon edit more advanced than mesh editing your primitive object allowing more advanced polygon sub tool set for editing your polygon object. 

Turbosmooth preforms a polygon subdivide of your box model, this adds smoothing detail to you models via a toggle allowing control over polygon count and detail never in real life do you get sharp edges.
Smooth gives shading to normals that allows low detailed poly models to look more rounded and smooth.

Symmetry fantastic tool which give fast rapid approach to building most builds this can be placed and were in your object and provides mirror of your build at placement position.
